The project, comprehensive of 5 residential towers and 1 office block, employs a grammar determined by the prestigious, natural scenic site. The diaphanous figures presences gently meander along the reclaimed land of the coastline with sinuous movement. The weaving arrangement of the buildings echoes the rolling rhythm of the adjacent river’s current. The aesthetic highlights water, light and shadow. The fading effect of the external glazed skin expresses the materiality of the built gradually disappearing into an ethereal presence, well amalgamated with the natural context. From inside, apartments and offices enjoy a complete superb vista of the strait of Johor. A green podium blends as connector living and working ambiences with a rich offer of cafes, restaurants and retail activities.
